Korean cold bean soup ramen Review :: 미국일상 오뚜기 콩국수 라면 시식

얼마 전 가족들이 한국에서 보내 준 EMS 택배와 함께 오뚜기 콩국수 라면을 받게 되었다.

어렸을 적 할아버지는 왜 콩국수를 좋아하는지 이해할 수 없었는데

나이가 들다보니 입맛도 변하는지 콩국수 라면을 굳이 미국까지 보내달라해서 먹게 되는 날도 오네.

A week ago my family sent me a package with this ramen from Korea.

I didn't understand why my grandpa liked cold bean broth noodle when I was young.

Now I even specifically asked my parents for this noodle. Maybe taste changes with age.

냉콩국수는 콩을 갈아 만든 국물로 진하고 깊은 콩맛을 느낄 수 있는 한국 면요리다.

Cold bean soup noodle is a korean dish with ground soy bean broth.

Normal bean noodle is not ramen, but this company made the dish with ramen noodle.

콩국수 조리법은 꽤나 간단했다. 끓는 물에 면을 넣고 끓이고, 냉수로 면을 잘 헹군다.

그리고 냉수 200ml와 스프를 섞어 콩국물을 만들고 잘 저은 후 면을 넣는다.

The instructions were pretty simple.

You put the noodle in boiling water for 4 minutes, put the hot ramen in a strainer and rinse it well.

have a bowl ready with 200ml of cool water, put the powder sauce in the water and mix it well.

끓는 물에 라면을 넣고

완전 큰 분말스프. 양도 엄청 많다.

This is bean power sauce.

냉수 200ml 준비하고 분말스프를 잘 섞어준다.

Prepare 200ml of cold water and mix it with the powder.

면이 익으면 체에 받쳐 냉수로 후루루 헹궈주고 준비한 콩국수 소스에 투하.

When the noodle is cooked, put it in a strainer and wash it until it's cooled off.

Put it in the bean broth.

깨까지 스프에 들어있었네.

얼음을 동동 띠워야 제맛인데 얼려둔 게 없어서 패스

It has even sesame seeds!

I should have put some ice in the bowl but I didn't have any.

그 전날 만들어 둔 수제 파김치와 함께 여름 별미 냉 콩국수 시식!

맛은 진하고 깊은 콩국수 맛이 난다. 요즘은 라면으로 못만드는 게 없는가보다.

엄~청 기대할 정도의 맛은 아니고, 나처럼 미국에서 콩국수를 사먹을 수 없을 때 가끔 먹어주면 향수병 퇴치에 도움이 될 듯!

파김치랑 궁합이 대박이다. 내가 만들었지만 너무 잘 만들었어.

I made green onion kimchi a few days ago.

I tried the ramen with it.

The taste was so deep and rich.

I guess nowadays they make ramen versions of all korean noodle dishes.

The taste isn't so good that you have to try it.

It will help people living abroad like me protect from getting homesick. lol.

By the way the ramen compliments the kimchi!
