Marion County Park in Summer :: 미국 테네시 주 제트스키, 모터보트 여름 수상액티비티

시아빠의 여동생인 린다의 초대로 테네시 주에 위치한 Marion County Park에 다녀왔다.

오후에 비가 온다는 예보가 있었지만, 오전엔 맑을 예정이어서 일단 가보기로 했다 :D

Linda, Terry's sister, invited us to Marion County Park in Tennessee.

It was supposed to rain in the afternoon, so we just headed early in the morning.

Marion County Park는 테네시 강의 한 부분이고, 수상 액티비티를 하기 위해 많은 사람들이 캠핑을 치고 지내고 있었다.

린다는 제트스키 2대랑 모터보트를 가지고 있당 *_*

Marion County Park is a part of Tennessee River.

There were so many people camping there for fishing, jetskiing, and boating.

Linda has a camper, two jet skies and a boat.

가기 바로 전날 Dirt Cheap 가서 급하게 산 수영복 ㅎㅎ

디자인 예쁜 게 별로 없어서 그냥 사이즈 맞는 거로 샀다.

A day before, I went to Dirt cheap to find some swimwear.

There were no pretty ones so I just picked one that fits me.

남편은 제트스키 탄다고 엄청 신나있었음

넘나 신나는 것

Exciting movement.

처음 제트스키 탈 때는 날씨가 좀 흐렸는데 점점 날이 맑아졌다.

남편이 한번 운전해보라고 했는데 자동차도 운전 못하는 나는 그 속도감이 너무 무서웠다 ㅠㅠ

It was so cloudy at first and getting clear.

My husband suggested me drive it so I gave it a try.

I was not used to the speed when I don't even drive a car...

요기 지도를 보면 테네시 강을 크게 타고 길게는 Marion County Park 에서 Nickajack Bat Cave까지 갔다.

제프는 여기 옆에 바위를 타고 작은 계곡이 흐르는데, 바위를 타고 올라가서 다이빙을 했다. (근데 다이빙 금지 사인 있음ㅋㅋㅋ;)

Jeff drove the boat all the way to Nickajack bat cave from Marion county park.

He parked it at the cave, climbed up the rocks next to the cave and dived into the water.

이 동굴은 박쥐 서식처라서 동굴 아래로 접근을 막아두었다.

여기서 보트를 정차하고 쉬고, 우리는 제트스키를 타고 신나게 놀고 있다가 먹구름이 동굴 위로 뭉게 뭉게 몰려왔다.

그러더니 엄청난 폭우가 쏟아지기 시작해서 제트스키타고 Marion County Park까지 미친듯이 달렸다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

천둥치고 난리도 아니었음... 그러더니 우리 제트스키에서 "삐- 삐- 삐-" 가스 없다고 경보음이 크게 울리는 거다.

진짜 심장 쫄깃했다. 하마터면 가스 없어서 강 위 폭우 아래에서 제트스키 정차할 뻔 ㅠㅠㅠ 다행이 무사히 도착했다.

스카일러는 가는 길도 모르고, 캐시디는 혼자 제트스키 타고 있다가 우리 따라서 무려 50miles/hour로 따라옴;;

길 잃었으면 어쩔 뻔 했게요 ㅠㅠ

While the boat was parked there, we were driving jet skies around there and we saw big dark cloud above the cave;;;

It started pouring a lot, we just drove the jet skies so fast to the dock.

There was lightning;; To top it off, our jet ski was beeping running out of gas.

My heart was beating so fast worrying what if we had to park in the middle of the river under the lightening clouds;;

Skylar didn't even know the directions and I had to tell him where to go (I was new this year though -_-a)

Also Cassidy was following us driving it 50miles/hour;;

I'm glad we made it..............

시부모님 걱정하고 계셨는데 다행이 무사귀환!!!

도착하니까 여기 캠핑장에도 비가 후두두둑 쏟아지기 시작함.

역시 수상액티비티하면 배가 무지하게 고파져서, 핫도그랑 햄버거 흡입했다.

My parents in law were so worried about us.

It started raining at the camping place just after we came back.

We were so starving after driving jet skies and I finished a hot dog and hamburger so fast.

점심먹고나니 또 해가 쨍쨍~

Big Mable 이라는 튜브를 타러 나갔다.

After lunch, the weather got sunny again; 

We went out to ride this big mable.

남편이랑 빅메이블에 타서 준비 중....

저 신발은 달러스토어에서 겨우 3달러 주고 사서 유용하게 사용했다.

We were ready to ride!

He bought me the shoes for only 3 dollars at Dollar store.

제프가 보트 운전을 엄청 잘해서 완전 신나게 탔다.

심지어 우리 공중에 붕~~~ 뜨기도 했음. 기분 완전 이상했다. 무중력 느낌!!!

Jeff is a great driver. 

We flew in the air and we felt weightless.

키득키득~ 너무 신나

남편이 "LEFT!!" "RIGHT!!" 방향 알려주면 몸을 기울여서 중심을 잡고 그랬음 ㅋㅋ

Skylar told me which side to lean on to keep it balanced.

제프가 너무 친절하게도 오랫동안 태워주셨는데, 너무 격렬해서 하마터면 토할 뻔했다.

진짜 울렁울렁 거리는데 계속 타고 싶고... 이런 마음은 뭘까 'ㅅ'a

Jeff led us for a long time, It was fast and aggressive so I almost throw up.

But I still wanted to stay on the tube =_=a

옷 갈아입으려고 돌아왔는데 차가 앞뒷문이 다 잠겨서 린다랑 시아빠가 끙끙대면서 열고계심 ㅋㅋ

I was waiting to go into the camper to get changed.

The front and back doors were all locked.

Linda and my dad in law were struggling to open them lol

집으로 돌아가는 길, 구름사이로 비치는 햇살이 너무 멋졌다.

캐시디랑 스카일러가 왜 그렇게 제트스키가 재밌다고 꼭 가야한다고 했는지 알 것 같았다.

The sunlight over the clouds was beautiful on the way back home.

I found out why Cassidy and Skylar insisted I go lol. 

평화로운 미국 일상에서 기억에 남는 추억이 될 것 같다 :)

This will be a special memory.
