미국 알라바마 개즈든 타이음식 맛집 케이티 타이

비가 많이 오는 일요일이었지만 케이티 타이에서 파인애플 볶음밥이 너무 땡겨서 게으름을 극복하고 케이티 타이에 도착했다. 사실 토요일에 가려다가 게으름을 이겨내지 못했었는데 다른 음식점들과 다르게 다행이도 케이티 타이는 일요일에도 문을 연다. 그 대신 월, 화 휴무인데 우리한텐 주말 일하고 평일 이틀 쉬는 게 더 합리적이란 생각이 들었다.

Even though it was a rainy sunday, we finally overcame laziness, we headed to Kati Thai in Gadsden. We were actually going to go there yesterday but we were too lazy. lol. Thankfully Kati thai opens on Sunday unlikely other normal restaurants here. They close on Monday and Tuesday instead. We think it is more rational.

교회 예배가 끝난 점심이라 그런지 사람들이 정말 많았다. 케이티 타이는 나랑 스카일러가 이 근처에서 제일 좋아하는 태국 음식 맛집이다. 관련 포스팅만 3번 이상은 했을 정도로 강추하는 알라바마 개즈든 맛집!!

It was around 1 pm when church was ending so there were so many people there already. Kati Thai is our favorite restaurant so I have posted about this restaurant about 3 times. We are regulars there.

도착하기 전부터 뭘 먹을 지 고민이 끝난 상태였기 때문에 음료 주문하면서 바로 파인애플 볶음밥 2개도 같이 주문했다.

파인애플 볶음밥은 케이티 타이에서 가장 인기있는 메뉴로 스카일러는 가끔 먹었지만 나는 처음으로 주문해보는 거였다.

We already made a decision what to eat so when we ordered drinks, we ordered two pineapple fried rice right away. Pineapple Fried Rice is Kati Thai's most popular dish. Skylar has ordered it before but It was my first time.

사람이 많아서 음식이 나오는 데에 조금 더 시간이 걸렸다. 손님들도 계속해서 들어왔다. 우리가 케이티 타이 방문한 이래로 가장 바쁜 시간대였던 것 같았다.

So many people were at the restaurant, it took a little longer for us to get our dishes. more People kept coming in. I think it was the busiest time we have been.

드디어 나온 파인애플 볶음밥! 냄새부터 비주얼까지 뭐 하나 빠지는 게 없었다. +_+

Finally our Pineapple Fried Rices were served. The smell was delicious, and it looked great.

남편은 음식이 나오자마자 허겁지겁 먹었다. 우리 둘다 너무 배고팠기도 했고 파인애플 볶음밥 먹고 싶다고 노래노래를 부른 상태여서 더 그랬다.

Skylar gobbled up as soon as it was served. Because we were starving and craving the dish.

오동통한 닭 가슴살도 새우도 넉넉히 들어가 있는데다가 내가 좋아하는 야채들도 많이 들어간 최고의 메뉴!

Look at the chicken breast and big shrimp! Also there were many vegetables in it. It was perfect dish for me.

음식에 들어간 재료 하나 하나가 너무 맛있었다. 생 양상추도 쓴 맛 없이 깔끔하고 담백한 맛, 생 당근까지도 정말 맛있었다.

Every ingredient was so good. Even the raw lettuce didn't have any bitter taste but fresh and sweet :) The carrot was good as well.

This is how Skylar finishes his dish. "Sweeping" He used the last broccoli as a broom to gather all the food. 

케이티 타이 양이 많아서 나도 다 먹는 게 힘든데 내 위가 늘어난 건지 배가 정말 고팠던 건지 우리 둘다 설거지한 것 마냥 그릇을 싹싹 비워냈다. 내가 나름 드렁큰 누들도 엄청 좋아하는데 이 메뉴가 너무 맛있어서 앞으로 파인애플 볶음밥만 시킬 것 같다. ㅠㅠ

It's usually hard for me to finish their dish. Because it is a lot! I did it today. Is it because my stomach got bigger or I was too hungry? It almost looked like we both washed our own plates lol. I'm going to order the same dish from now on.

밥을 다 먹고 나오니 또 다시 비가 내리기 시작했다. 비가 오는 날씨인데도 정말 북적였던 케이티 타이. 그건 케이티 타이가 진짜 맛집이라는 증거 아닐까?

We walked out of the restaurant and it was raining again. Even though it was not a sunny day, Kati Thai was so crowded. It's a proof that Kati Thai is a popular restaurant!

정말 맛있어서 집으로 돌아가는 내내 "맛있다 맛있다 맛있다"고 말했다. ㅋㅋ 조만간 또 들러야지!!!

I was so happy with the meal, I kept saying "It was soooo good" over and over. We should come back soon!
