미국 현대차 공장, 앨라배마 주에 한국 코로나 검사키트 전달 추진 중

어제 저녁 3/26일 기준으로 나온 뉴스인데 미국 앨라배마 주 몽고메리 시장인 스티븐 리드가 현지 현대차 공장을 통해 한국 코로나 검사 키트를 한국 정부로부터 지원받을 수 있게 얘기 중에 있다는 기사를 봤다. 앨라배마도 다른 주와 마찬가지로 확진자 수가 빠르게 증가하는 추세다. 세계에서 한국이 가장 코로나 대응을 잘 하고 있다고 보도가 많이 되는데, 앨라배마-현대차 파트너십을 통해 이 곳 의료계통에 절실한 물품들이 들어오기를 정말로 바라고 있다. 한국인으로서 우리나라가 정말 자랑스럽고, 이번 일이 잘 성사되어서 앨라배마도 코로나 대응에 속도가 붙기를 간절히 바라고 있다.

I saw an article about finding a way to get Korean Coronavirus test kits for Alabama through Hyundai -Korean Car Manufacture-. It said the mayor of Montgomery Steven Reed had requested them. The number of coronavirus cases in Alabama rapidly grows like any other states in the U.S.. And Korea has been doing such great job defeating the virus. If Alabama could get Korean testers from Korea Government through Hyundai using the partnership, that would be really good for both countries. I am so proud as a Korean and I hope this happen soon so Alabama can fight the virus much better.
