애틀랜타 둘루스 H mart 에서 구입한 순두부찌개 팩 'ㅅ'

언제 먹을 지 몰라서 냉동실에 두었더니 팩 안에 들은 두부가 꽝꽝 얼었었다.

I bought this Korean soft tofu pack at H mart in Duluth.

I didn't know when I would cook this so I froze this.

순두부랑 순두부찌개 소스랑 함께 들어있다.

The pack has a soft tofu and sauce.

양송이 송송 썰어 두고,

I had my mushrooms cut,

찌개 소스랑 160ml 였나? 봉지에 적혀진 물 용량대로 넣은 다음,

냉동해둔 파를 같이 넣었다.

I put the sauce and 160 ml water (I don't remember the exact amount, I just followed the instruction.)

and I added frozen green onions.

양송이 버섯 투하~

난 채소가 좋으니깐 듬뿍

I put the mushrooms into the pot.

Actually I put a lot of vegies because I like them :D

청양고추 없으니깐, 할라피뇨로 대신..

And I put some jalapenos too.

순두부가 꽝꽝 얼었지만, 의외로 쉽게 분리되었다. 얼음 얼린 거 꺼내 듯이(?)

I took out the frozen tofu easily like how you take ice cubes..?

꽤나 순두부가 단단히 얼려있는 바람에 뚝배기 뚜껑을 닫고 팔팔 끓여주었다.

이 뚝배기는 둘루스 H mart 에서 10달러인가 주고 샀는데 사이즈도 딱이고 아주 유용하게 잘 쓰고 있다. 강추!

Since the tofu was so frozen that I had to boil the stew with the pot closed.

This korean pot keeps heating so well and I bought this at H mart for 10 dollars.

I like it so much.

마무리는 계란을 톡 넣어서 좀 더 끓여주었다.

At last, I creaked an egg into the pot and boiled a little bit longer.

한인마트에서 샀던 겉절이 김치랑 쌀밥이랑 같이 먹는 순두부 찌개 :)

미국 시골에서 이 정도로 순두부 찌개 끓이는 것도 감지덕지다.

It looked pretty good.

when It's hard to get tofu here, extra soft tofu?? you can't find it lol.

So I'm glad I bought this pack and make it so easily at home.

맛있게 잘 먹었다 :)

하나 더 남았는데 그건 좀 더 매운 버전이다.

It was pretty good.

I have another pack and that one is spicier.
