미국 아마존 미니알약 영양제 후기

내가 먹는 영양제 종류는 총 4가지다.

These four are the nutritional supplements I take these days.

1) GNC Women's Ultra Mega Mini - Multi Vitamins

2) Pharma-Grade OMEGA-3. Ultra Concentrated Fish Oil, Enteric Coated, Odorless & Burp-Free. 200 Mini Capsules.

3) Bestvite Pycnogenol

4) Thorne Vitamin D-5000

알약 정리함에 매일 먹을 분량만큼 담아뒀는데 병이 조금 작다.

I bought this pill organizer on Amazon, this is a bit small for all the pills lol.

알약을 하나씩 살펴보자면,

GNC 종합비타민 미니는 알약이 작은데 여러 종류의 비타민과 영양을 섭취할 수 있어서 강추한다.

매일 2개씩 섭취하고 있다.

To look at each pill, 

I highly recommend GNC Women's Mini. Even though the pills are small, they have so many kinds of vitamins.

I take 2 pills every day.

생선 오메가 3인데 매일 1~2개씩 복용하는 중이다.

오메가를 구입할 때는 꼭 Odorless, Burp-Free, Mini 이 세가지를 충족해야한다.

나는 큰 알약을 못 삼키는 편이라서 더욱 그렇다.

그럼에도 이 알약을 마지막에 먹으면 약~간의 생선 냄새가 위에서 올라오는 걸 경험하는데 이 정도면 양호하다고 생각.

This is fish oil, I take one to two a day.

I always check if fish oil description says Odorless, Burp-Free and Mini.

Because It's so hard for me to swallow big pills.

This fish oil has a bit fishy aftertaste. But I can stand the subtle fishy taste.

이것은 이름도 생소한 피크노제놀.

한국에서는 이미 유행이 다 지나서 시들해졌다는 영양제.

나는 다리부종도 있고 하지정맥류가 있는 편이다.

피크노제놀은 그 두 가지에 효과가 뛰어난데다가 항산화효과도 크다고 하다.

피크노제놀이란 프랑스 해안가에서 자란 소나무 추출물로 만들어졌다고 한다.

어제 처음 산거라 아직 효과는 잘 모르겠지만 매일 1알씩 꾸준히 복용할 예정.

This supplement -Pycnogenol- sounds very rare. 

I heard Koreans already knew of this pill and it's not very popular any longer.

(Korea nutritional supplements trend changes so fast.)

Anyway, I have leg swelling and varicose veins.

This pill help to get rid of the problems and works for anti-aging as well.

Pycnogenol is made with French marine pine bark extract.

I just started taking the pill and I'm taking one pill every day.

그리고 마지막으로 Thorne의 비타민 D-5000.

내가 종합비타민에 들은 비타민 D 섭취량이 하루 2000 정도 되고,

이건 한 알약에 5000 이라 매일 복용하지는 않는다.

일주일에 2번씩만 복용 중이다.

Thorne은 미니 알약으로 잘 나와서 믿고 먹는 브랜드.

At last, I take Thorne Vitamin D-5000.

The multi vitamin already has vitamin 1000 each pill,

so I take this pill only a couple of times a week.

Thorne makes small pills and the brand is trustworthy.

이건 이미 다 먹고 남은 공병들

왼쪽은 종합영양제인데 개인적으로 GNC 우먼스 종비를 선호해서 다시 돌아왔다.

그 땐 아마존에 GNC mini가 완전품절되는 바람에 어쩔 수 없이 바꾼거라서.

Thorne D-1000도 미니알약에 괜찮아서 이번엔 좀 더 함량 높아서 바꿔보았다.

These are empty bottles.

The left one is multi vitamins but I prefer GNC's.

At the time GNC mini was totally sold out so I had to try a new one.

I liked Thorne vitamin D-1000 and I bought a higher vitamin content of the same brand.

이 포스팅이 미국에서 영양제 뭘 살지 고민하는 분들에게 도움이 되었으면 좋겠다. :)
