집에서 가자니아 꽃 키우기_

이번 여름 제트스키를 타러 갔을 때 옆 캠핑카 아주머니께서 식물들을 팔고 계셨다.

시엄마가 거기 꽃 뭐 파나 보러 가자하셔서 갔는데, 그 곳에서 처음 가자니아를 보게 되었다.

그 땐 한 종류만 피어있었던 거로 기억하는데(?) 여러 종류가 피어나서 포스팅해본다.

This summer when we went to Tenessee to jet ski, there was a lady selling flowers next to our camper.

My mother in law suggested check them out and I saw gazania there for the first time.

I remember when she had this gazania, only one kind had bloomed.

Today I have a new color gazania so I decided to post!

이게 내가 처음 가자니아를 샀을 때 봤던 색이다.

보랏빛과 하얀 색이 그라데이션으로 어우러진 꽃잎 색깔에 한눈에 반해버렸다.

사자마자 바로 꽃이 져서 실망했는데 빨리 지는 대신 새 꽃이 자주 핀다는 장점이 있다.

This is the kind bloomed when I bought.

This gazania petals have a perfect combination of purple and white.

It caught my eye right away.

When I transplanted, the flower died so soon so I got disappointed.

But it turned out that gazania blooms and falls in a short time.

이건 연보랏빛 다음으로 피어난 종류로 단색의 오렌지 색의 가자니아다.

어찌나 꽃잎이 부드러워 보이던지 손으로 스윽 만져봤는데 정말 실크같이 부드럽고 연약한 꽃잎이었다.

한 번 피면 대략 길게 5일 정도 가는 것 같은데 사진을 들여다보면 옆에 이미 폈다 진 가자니아도 함께 볼 수 있다.

위 아래 사진이 하루 텀으로 찍은 사진인데 잘 보면 가자니아 꽃잎이 하루 새에 많이 오므라든게 보인다.

This is next kind.

Their petals looked so soft and silky so I tried touching them and they sure were silky.

I think they last about 5 days for the longest. You can see dead flowers in those pictures too.

I took these photos one day apart and the petals are already shrinking in a day.

가자니아를 키우기 시작한 지 몇개월째인데 처음 보는 종류의 가자니아 꽃이 오.늘. 피어났다. (대박)

가자니아는 태양국이라고 불릴 만큼 햇빛을 엄청 좋아한다던데,

그래서인지 미국 남부 앨라배마 주의 따뜻한 날씨와도 잘 어울리는 것 같다.

And today I saw this new kind gazania !!!!! YAY

Gazania has a nickname "sun mum" because it likes sunny weather.

So they bloom till very late Autumn and they go along well in this warm weather, Alabama.

꽃이 졌다가 다시 필 때면 더 많은 꽃이 피어나는 것 같다.

세 가자니아가 함께 피어난 건 드문 일인 것 같긴 한데 사진으로라도 간직해두었으니 만족.

It seems like when the flowers die, more flowers bloom next time.

It is quite rare to see three gazania bloomed at the same time :)

특히 처음 본 강렬한 레드 색상의 가자니아는 정말 너무 아름다웠다.

더 더 많이 피어났으면 좋겠다.

I love this vivid red gazania. I hope this bloom more next time!
