집에 커피머신이 있긴 한데 남편이 좋은 에스프레소 커피머신을 가지고 싶어했어해서 아마존에서 네스프레소 시티즈 캡슐 커피머신을 구입하게 되었다. 처음 커피머신을 사면 샘플 캡슐을 25개정도였나 줘서 각 캡슐 별로 맛을 볼 수 있어서 더 좋았다.

We have coffee machines already but Skylar wanted an espresso machine so I bought a Nespresso CitiZ Espresso machine on Amazon. It came with free capsules. 

네스프레소 시티즈 캡슐 머신을 산 지 거의 한 달이 다 되어가는데 그동안 이 캡슐머신에 만족도가 너무 높아서 후기를 작성해야겠다고 생각했다. 일단 아침에 캡슐 하나 넣고 버튼 하나 누르면 따뜻한 에스프레소 한 잔 뚝딱 만들어지는 거라 정말 편하다. 그리고 맛도 카페에서 사먹는 커피랑 맞먹을 정도로 정말 괜찮다.

It has been a month since we started using this espresso machine. We are so happy with this machine so I thought I should post about it. You just grab one capsule, put it in the machine and press a button, then it makes a cup of espresso. It is so convenient!!! It tastes as good as cafe coffee as well. 

네스프레소 샘플을 다 사용해갈 때 쯤 추가로 네스프레소 캡슐 50개를 더 주문했고 커피 캡슐 보관함도 하나 사야겠다고 생각했다. 캡슐 맛 별로 정리되는 홀더도 있긴 한데 그것보다는 그냥 손 넣고 골라잡는 게 훨씬 편하다고 생각해서 생각해낸게 사탕 보관함이었다. ㅋㅋ

이 통도 아마존에서 구입했는데 투명한 용기라 대강 캡슐이 얼마나 남았는 지 확인할 수 있고 대각선으로 손을 넣어서 꺼낼 수 있게 디자인되어 있어서 그 점도 맘에 들었다. 뚜껑도 있어서 캡슐에 먼지가 쌓이지 않게 할 수도 있다는 장점도 있다.

By the time we were running out of the samplers, I ordered 50 more Nespresso capsules and ordered a container for them too. There were so many kinds of capsule holders, I just wanted a simple one. I thought of a candy jar and found this container. It's designed for you to reach the arm so easily. Since the container is transparent, you can check amount of capsules anytime. It has a lid so you can protect capsules from getting dusty.

원하는 캡슐을 꺼내서 뚜껑을 열고 닫아주면 캡슐 앞뒤로 구멍을 내주고 뜨거운 물을 흘려보내서 커피를 만들어주는 방식이다.

Pick one capsule and put it in the machine, it makes holes front and back of it and hot water flows through it.

다 쓴 캡슐들은 아래 통으로 떨어진다. 그걸 모아서 한꺼번에 버리면 된다.

Finished capsules go to this bottom container.

물이 좀 모자라서 생수를 좀 부어주고 머신에 버튼이 2개가 있는데 왼쪽은 작은 컵, 오른 쪽은 큰 컵으로 물 양 조절도 가능하다. 심지어 커피가 완성된 후에 버튼을 한 번 더 누르면 같은 캡슐에서 한 번 더 추출해주고 물 양은 더 많아져서 아메리카노로도 즐길 수 있다.

I poured some water first. There are two buttons. One is for a small cup and the other one is for a big cup. I can even press the button one more time if I want to put some more hot water. Then it becomes an Americano!

커피 추출할 때 소리가 조금 크다는 점과 캡슐이 비싼데 한달에 한 번꼴로 사줘야한다는 점 빼고는 삶의 질 향상에 엄청난 도움을 준 효녀 아이템!!!!

The only downsides of this item is that it makes loud noises making coffee, and I have to buy expensive capsules once a month. But we are satisfied with this machine!!! I highly recommend!
