카메라에 모래 들어가면 안된다고 신신당부한 스카일러 때문에

파마나시티비치 해변에서 내가 직접 찍은 사진은 없었다.

시엄마에게 부탁해서 얻은 시엄마표 파나마시티비치 사진을 포스팅해본다 :)

Skylar never let me take my camera to the beach.

Because the sand is so little that it will go into my lens.

So I couldn't take any pics of the beach so close.

My mother in law let us me download her pictures so I'm posting about the beach again.

스카일러는 나를 만나기 전 나보다 더 한 집돌이었는데

파나마시티비치에 온 건 거의 7-8년 만이라고 한다.

그래서인지 그 누구보다 더 신나서 바다를 즐기신 분.

Skylar wouldn't go anywhere before he met me.

So this was 7-8 years since he came here last time.

He did enjoy the beach during this trip.

나와 시동생 캐시디

My sister in law, Cassidy and me.

콘도에 여분의 보드가 있어서 두 세개씩 빌려다가 파도를 타고 그랬다.

햇살이 생각보다 매우 강렬했지만 보드와 함께 바다에 떠있다보면 시간 가는 줄 모르고 그랬었다.

There were a few boards in the room, we borrowed some and used them.

It was very sunny, but we had so much fun that the time went very fast while we were floating with the boards.

바닷물이 눈에 들어갈 때 너무 따끔해서 수경을 끼우려고 했는데

충분히 늘리지 않고 그냥 억지로 써보려다가 줄을 끊어먹었다 ㅠ

I was going to put on the goggles because the salty water hurt my eyes.

I didn't stretch the straps enough and they got broken.

선크림을 충분히 꼼꼼히 발랐다고 생각했는데 나나 스카일러나 진짜 엄청 타버렸다.

3주가 지난 지금도 내 등 껍질이 벗겨지고 있는 중.. ㅠ

We thought we applied enough sunscreen to each other's bodies.

We got so much sunburned.

Even 3 weeks after the trip, my skin is still peeling...;;

아주 오랜만에 만들어보는 모래성은 아주 형편없었다. ㅋㅋ

캐시디는 윈터펠을 만들거라고 했는데 꽤나 모양을 갖춘 성을 만들었다.

My castle was awful.

Cassidy was making Winterfell. Her castle looked cool. 

그래도 나름 조개로 데코레이션도 한 내 작품 『무너지는 성』

But I did try to decorate my art. Named -Collapsing Castle-

우리가 갔던 레스토랑에서 후크를 벽에 있는 고리에 거는 게임이 있었는데 

워낙 북적이다보니 스카일러만 두어번 해보고 말았다.

There was a game that you swing the string and hook the look to the wall.

The restaurant was so crowded that only Skylar got to play it a few times.

피어파크에서 시엄마가 찍어주신 우리 둘 사진.

우리가 묵었던 칼립소 콘도를 배경으로 한 사진이 너무 맘에 든다 :)

우리 부부가 셀카 삼매경에 빠져있을 동안 장난스레 외로운 표정을 지어보인 시동생 (ㅠㅠ)

While we were into taking selfies, Cassidy was making a sad face.. T_T

나도 시도해봤는데 실력이 영~
