요즘은 직접 애틀랜타까지 운전해서 한인마트를 가지 못할 때는, 인터넷으로 주문을 종종 시키고 있다.

이번에 구매한 물품들 장바구니 모음샷. 

I order Korean groceries from H mart website. These are the ones I ordered this time.

캔이나 양념장 같은 액체류는 뽁뽁이에 잘 감싸져서 온다.

Liquid items such as canned food and sauces are well-packed.

저번에 시켜먹고 또 다시 시키는 유동 순살 왕꼬막. 완전 강추 x 100000

특히 미국 남부 앨라배마에서 꼬막 구하기란 정말 쉽지가 않기 때문에 이렇게 캔으로 순살 꼬막을 즐길 수 있다는 것이 너무 감사했다.

캔 뒷면에는 꼬막무침 만드는 레시피도 있어서 그래도 따라해봤는데 맛있었다. 

또 캔 아래 부분에 깬따개가 있어서 쉽게 열 수도 있다.

This is my second time ordering this canned clams.

Since it's not easy to find shucked clams like this. *variety : common cockles.

There are two recipes of seasonings for this clam on the back side of the can.

Also, the can has an opener on the bottom so you can easily open it.

이건 이번에 처음 시켜보는 건데, 골뱅이도 들었다고 해서 하나 사봤다. 아직 안먹어서 어떨 지는 모르겠다.

(골뱅이는 영어로 번역해보려니깐 스네일(달팽이)이라고 나와서 갑자기 타이핑하기 싫어졌다 ㅠ.... 그냥 작은 소라라고 생각할래..)

나같이 h마트에서 거리가 먼 곳에 사는 경우라면 냉장이나 냉동식품은 온라인 주문이 안되는데, 이 본죽 패키지는 그에 해당이 안되어서 주문할 수 있었다. 보니깐 서늘한 곳에 보관하면 된다고 써있다. 이것도 전복 구하기가 쉽지 않은 이 곳에서 나중에 먹으려고 사봤다.

You can only order items that are not refrigerated or frozen. This porridge was neither of them. It says I can keep this in a cool place. It has abalones in it which also is not easy to be found near where I live.

* Koreans eat porridge that is made of rice when you feel sick. Abalones are considered fancy seafood.

땡스기빙데이 때 찜닭 소스 없이 저번에 찜닭소스를 만들어서 요리했는데도, 스카일러가 찜닭 맛있다고 했다. 이번에 제대로 된 양념소스를 샀으니깐 더 맛있게 해줘야겠다.

I cooked Andong-Jjimdak for Skylar on Thanksgiving. I made sauce for the dish on my own. Skylar still liked the dish but now I have a pre-packed sauce, I can cook a better Andong-Jimdak next time.

* Andong is a name of the City famous for this dish -Jim dak-, Jim dak is a soysauce marinaded chicken dish.

퍼블릭스(미국 동남부 마트) 해외섹션에 골든커리가 있긴 있는데 엑스트라 핫 맛은 없어서 이것도 에이치마트에서 사봤다. ㅎㅎㅎ 남편이 너무 매우면 어떡하냐고 걱정했지만, 괜찮을 것 같다.

Publix has golden curry varieties but extra hot flavor. So I got this from H mart too. Skylar was worried if that would be too spicy for me. But I think I will be ok.
