3박4일 뉴욕여행 4일차

Brooklyn bridge, DUMBO

DUMBO | Google map  덤보 위치 주소  60 Washington St, Brooklyn, NY 11201

덤보 찾아가기가 은근히 까다로웠다.

구글맵에 덤보찍으면 무슨 동굴같은 곳으로 안내하고 아래 사진처럼 덤보 간판이 덜렁 있다. ㅋㅋ

It was kind of tricky to find DUMBO.

We googled DUMBO and it led us to a tunnel with a sign DUMBO.

남편이 이게 뭐냐며, 내가 잠깐만 기다려보라고 여기 아니라고!! ㅜ

구글맵은 뒷전이고 네이버에 덤보 위치 검색해보니 워싱턴 스트릿과 워터스트릿 교차점이라고 나오더라.

My husband was disappointed and I told him to wait saying "THIS IS NOT DUMBO!!!"

I had to search for the exact address on Naver.

The address was Washington St and Water St 's intersection.

바로 여기!!! 빨간 점 찍어놓은 곳 :D

여기가 한국인들이 많이 찾는 사진명소 덤보 위치다. * 맨 위에 상세주소 적어놓음.

Here it is. The red spot.

This is the most popular photo spot with koreans -DUMBO- 

남편한테 "거봐, 멋지지?" 라고 하니까 흥 '^' 거리면서 인정하기 싫어했음 ㅋ

I asked him "How is it now huh?" and he didn't want to admit that it's cool but snorted :)

역시 한국인 핫플레이스인만큼 한국어 엄청 많이 들린다.

그나저나 여기 완전 차도라서 차 오는 거 조심하면서 사진 찍어야한다 :D

Since this place is so popular with koreans, you can hear korean everywhere!

By the way you need to be careful because this is a driving path. ◎▽◎

관광객들 많아서 사진찍을 때 차례를 기다려야하고 사람들이 쳐다보기 때문에 ㅋㅋ 약간의 민망함도 있다.

We felt a bit embarrassed because everyone wants to take the best spot and sometimes people wait for it.

Actually some people looked at us waiting to take photos there.

정 가운데에선 찍지 못하고 사람들 피해서 약간 치우쳐서 찍고있었는데

어떤 사진작가분이 "여기가 사진 잘나와요!!!!!" 소리쳐서 관광객들 우루루 몰려서 ㅠㅠ 거의 쫓겨나다시피 함.

We couldn't take pictures in the middle of the street but by the side.

Some photographer exclaimed "This is the best photo spot!!!!!" and everyone suddenly gathered where we were;

We almost got kicked out ㅜ.ㅜ

Anyways, we took last pic of the Manhattan's bridge and bounced to Brooklyn bridge!

앗 날씨가 갑자기 급 꾸리꾸리해졌다.

The weather got so cloudy.

이건 내가 상상한 브루클릿 브릿지 모습이 아닌데?! ㅠㅠ

꾸리꾸리한 날씨에 낮에 찍힌 다리 모습은 그렇게 화려하지 않은 뭔가 2% 부족해..

This scenery is not what I looked forward to!!!

Not very good view in a daytime with such a cloudy weather.

그래도 여기까지 왔으니까 맨하탄 브릿지도 사진 찍어주고,

Still we took many pics including of Manhattan's bridge.

제인의 회전목마도 바로 옆에 있다.

사실 이것도 타보고 싶었는데 시간이 없었다. 많이 아쉽다.

Jane's carousel was just next to the Brooklyn bridge.

I wanted to ride it but we didn't have time. What a shame :(

맨하탄 빌딩들을 배경으로 사진 찍기

Photos with Manhattan skylines.

원래 커플스냅사진 찍으려고 했었는데 3박4일 짧은 일정에 스냅사진 일정을 끼우기는 역부족이었다.

다음 뉴욕여행에는 꼭 스냅사진 찍어서 집에 액자끼워 걸어놓고 싶다.

We were going to get a photographer to take pictures of us.

But it was kind of a waste of time for a 4 day trip.

Next time we wanna try it, print out the pics, put the best pic in a frame, and hang it!

날씨는 춥지도 않고 딱 좋은 기온.

The temperature was perfect though.

남편 독사진도 찰칵찰칵

벌써 뉴욕여행의 마지막 날이라니 믿기지 않는다.

His pictures '3'

I couldn't believe that it was last day of the trip.

남편이 발견한 포토스팟이다.

덤보 말고 맨하탄 브릿지 배경으로 찍을 수 있는 장소.

돌의자도 있어서 안성맞춤 'ㅅ'

My husband found this place that you can take pics with Manhattan's bridge as a background :)

There was a rock chair as well.

남편은 또 콧대가 한껏 올라가서는 "내가 더 멋진 장소 발견했어 '^' "라며...ㅎ

He got so cocky saying "I found a better place for pictures '^'"

브루클린 브릿지를 마지막으로 호텔에 되돌아가 짐을 찾고 공항셔틀버스를 탔다.

This was the last place. We went back to the hotel, and rode an airport shuttle bus.

볼게 이렇게 많은 뉴욕인데, 4일은 너무 짧다.

4 days is too short for this big city New York.

라과디아공항으로 돌아온 우리. 입국수속을 마치고 델타항공을 타러 갔다.

We came back to Laguardia airport. We went through the entry procedure to our plane.

엇 우리 컴포트+ 좌석 예매 안 했는데 운 좋게 좌석 업그레이드 된 건지, 

컴포트좌석에 배정되었다 +ㅅ+

안그래도 마일리지 여행이었는데 완전 꿀이다.

How lucky. We didn't book comfort+ seats but we got them somehow.

Maybe we got upgraded :) This flight was also paid with miles.

공간이 꽤 많이 남는다.

피곤해서 골아 떨어진 우리..

무려 4일동안 23키로 걸었다. (극기훈련이냐는..)

There was lots of room. We fell asleep right away.

We walked 14 miles in 4 days; No wonder why my feet hurt so bad.
